Don’t eat spicy food for at least 48hours, take off the shower head and use the end of hose to let water up inside you… Luke-warm… rise out and repeat a few times… and take 4-6mg of Loperamide a few hours before it.

Plenty lube, take your time, and enjoy it

Buy a douche from sex shop or online. They're great. Lukewarm water, I use mine 3 or 4 times before a meet
