Buy an attachment off eBay or Amazon and just attach it to a shower hose when you want to use it.

I would be a little bit apprehensive about attaching a douche head to a shower outlet. We’ve all been there when the water inexplicably suddenly turns cold or HOT! That could cause injury. Best to stick to a refillable bottle and douche where you can make the water body temp. Also never use soaps or shower gel to clean internally, it really is bad for you

Be very careful using a shower attachment, one the temp can change and scale you but also to much water pressure can go to far into you and you will be cleaning out for hours.

If you want something that you don’t have to explain to a partner what it is if found then do as I do and just use a small water bottle with a sports cap.

It works perfectly and you can ensure the temp is just warm and no accidents. Also lets you control the amount and pressure so you only clean what you need to which isn’t far in for just a regular fuck.

I use one of those squeezy bulb things you see for douching.

I wouldn't use a single use PET bottle for douching. Perhaps for an emergency douche but not regularly. That type of plastic degrades and releases microplastics, which you would then be shooting up your ass.

It’s a bad thing as in you can push what’s there further up or bring more out, making douching longer. To much tap water can create an electrolyte imbalance. Also heat or speed of water can damage your lining. Never had an issue with any of this.
