I'm older with a stoma for pee and have trouble staying hard after the op. I can cover it but nobody is interested in me bottoming for them. Any other men have same issues?

Have had a stoma for 2 years been turned down many times, as mainly btm it's been a hard road. There is not much information out there for sex after a stoma for gay men.
