I got a postal hiv test on national testing day. Discrete package yeah that was good but a fingerprick. So stabbed away but couldn't get enough out to fill the sample tube. eventually it clotted and ruined the thing. few days later nicked a finger and it wouldn't stop

. ironic or what? do they still do walk in's at terrence higgins in cardiff? i could manage that easier

Exercise is definitely a big help to get the blood pumping. But also do the washing up. Straight after a hot shower also. Doing the washing up works for me.

This time I had no problem with the pin prick - last time I did my thumb and I had a nightmare getting enough, this time I did my middle finger like it said on the instructions and I had too much!

I believe they can only be sent to the registered address but the package they came is didn't shout to anyone handling it what it is. Remember you can get the results sent ONLY to your mobile?
