Well I got diagnosed last year in October, I’m not physically hyper like most think and tbh, I only thought it was a child’s condition so I’ve always denied it but meds have improved a hell of a lot, I do see a lot of pisstake about it though and I did go into such a deep depression about it because I didn’t want anyone to know so they would judge me but so far so good

I have been diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 59. Weird to suddenly forgive myself for my behaviours. I always thought I was just 'broken' and weird.

I am much kinder to myself, now, and work on my triggers.

I've spent a great deal of time speculati g on the ADHD condition and my love of trans people. They are definitely connected.
