I've just concluded a major fantasy of mine. I live on a small development of just 55 homes. A couple are social housing. They're having heatpumps and solar installed. A proper dad-bod profile pops up as 'within walking distance" to me this morning. The work is resuming as on hold over winter.
Very direct in what he wanted. I said yes and that I could prob see him from my kitchen window. Gave my house number and sure enough fella in a hi-viz starts walking towards my house.
He came in. Had a glass of squash and gave me a well needed seeing to in multiple positions. He deffo left satisfied as he's back on Fri morning!
