Before Covid I used to go every two months or so.

Not particularly keen on the building as it can feel a bit claustrophobic at times.

Apart from one Thursday, when I got dressed and made up I always went on a Wednesday.

Often wondered about that. The heating is set to a comfortable level for people to walk around naked, so some level of discomfort for people wearing anything but lightest clothing is inevitable, and sweating under makeup must make for an unpleasant experience.
