Llandrindod Wells

Beautiful area to live but a bit of a desert if you are gay/bi. No venues. Even allegedly gay friendly/cruising areas are dead. No organised events that I've heard of.

Looked into a club in mid wales but as you can imagine council weren't keen. Best thing would be to form a co op and buy a pub, and have a members only area.
