Sometimes the issue is, I believe, is that too much water is used and it loosens waste further up within you and the result is more and more mess ? Is this true or not I don’t really know. But it’s embarrassing when you are fucking and you have a mess after taking so much time to clean properly.

Yes, I've had this happen if I use too much water. Watched a video where a guy suggested 3-4 bulbfuls of a typical enema douche, and that seems to work for me - usually give myself a little probing with a bead type dildo just to check if I'm expecting to be bottoming. I use a few more bulbfuls if I'm going to be using my 40cm colon snake toy though!

Yes shower hose method can put water to high and doesn't always come straight out, nobody wants an unannounced sudden discharge, bulbs are best half litre 4 to 6 washes seems OK for me
