You just need a bulb douche, or like me use the shower head. Less is more with douching as you only need to clean your rectum. Any more water and it'll start filling you colon and food you're still processing.

Diet good in fibre too.

I would say tho, any top worth his salt realises its a hazard of the job! Not ideal on a ONS, but you say this fella is a bit of a regular...it should just mean a quick shower. Why not shower together...? 🚿🧼
