Visiting the area but travel all over UK

What goes on here? I have walked around here several times and seen some guys walking around here alone or in the bird hides alone.

They didn’t look like bird watches because of no cameras or binoculars. Would love to walk around here and some fun in the bird hides.

It’s very quiet in the evening from 8pm.
