Both branded and generic available on line from legit sources or over the counter from Pharmacies. Inc supermarkets.. I got some from Adsa last week. In each case you have to complete a tick box questionnaire asking health questions this is then reviewed by a pharmacist and as long ss you dont have key heath issues you can buy them. If you buy over the counter you dont even give your name but they give you a slip of paper which you show next time so you dont have to complete the questionnaire again..

You take the tablet 30 to 60 mins before you intend having sex. The medication only works if you stimulate your cock. Ie you won't get a hard on automatically. You have to at least wank your cock.

I have used Viagra in the past I ordered mine online via the pharmacy and delivered discreetly to the door the only thing I found is they gave me a headache as a side affect but certainly got my cock hard and the following morning I'd wake up with a glory of all mornings lol
