Came across some training to use chopsticks to really stretch you out and that looks perfect. Start with a couple and keep adding until you cant take any more. Vid i saw had a bottom with maybe between 70 and 100 chopsticks in him and he looked ready to take a horse!

I dont have an excuse to buy 100 chopsticks though so i use plastic cutlery like you use for a bbq. Have curved handles and you can gradually add more. My record is 17 and it is tough but i want to be ready one day for DP...
