Always, I now have an attachment for the shower but it does get messy and probably too much water. Can be quite squelchy even a couple of hours later...

Still to find the best way to manage it. Diet, douching etc.

I bought a bulb of love honey and get some water in the sink then use the bulb until it runs clear, never had any issues doing that
