Rather than drawing pins ....attach your sheet to a lath or strip of wood. Put a couple of cup hooks on the top door jam and suspend the strip of wood from those. This will be easy to put off and on as needed. Then remove the hooks before the wife gets back. Or use a few removable velcro strips.
