Does anybody know how to get rid of one? Had one in my shoulder for a month. Heard massages work but no idea. Tried all sorts of things but nothing really works, at least not for long

You can visit a doctor, masseur or chiropractor. It’s probably muscular and the nerve is aggravated by the muscles that are affected. Massage often fixes that combined with mobility exercises xx
