I'm into the classic car scene. Often done Goodwood, Silverstone classic and Donnigton Historic. There's actually a car club for LGBT+ people. The GCCG Gay classic car group. Google it! Very friendly and cheap membership. They have a stand at the NEC every year.

That sounds the perfect scene to be immursed in.

That sounds like a rarity, nice. I used to love the 205 as a hot hatch in my younger days.

Is that the supercharged version? Thinking back my mate had a Polo G40, I'm sure it was supercharged unless my memory is playing tricks

Big fan of Golf’s. Yours sound amazing.

Had a Inari silver mark one GL 3 door.

A mark 2 with a pheba( I think) body kit.

And a mark 2 16v 5 door with nitros.

That was the perfect undercover fast car. Looked like a family hatch back.

Finding decent ones now are so difficult.

Used to own a Mark 3 Cortina, 2000XL, which I was doing up to go drag racing with. Stripped it to pretty much the last nut and bolt, but didnt have a garage at the time so it rusted away faster than I could repair it. Eventually sold the engine to a guy who was planning to put it in a Toyota Starlet to use as an Autograss racer. Learnt a lot about cars and engines from that.

Work in the classic car industry. Great place, some awesome communities. Helped by venues like Baffle Haus, Ignition Shed.

Go all round the UK and Europe in the industry, but don't own one. Used to had a S2 V12 Jaguar, Daimler DD6 and a mini 1275GT (not at the same time).

Now I need relatively modern and reliable, well, at least one the mates garage can help keep on the road.

Maybe again, probably a Jag as they are my favourite, an old '69's S-Type, 3.8 my dream, or a series 2 land rover.

My Brother is on his 3rd Tesla model 3 its the performance model with the extra hp by tesla carbon spoilers upgraded alloys unlocked top speed limiter and stainless brake lines it is absoloutely awesome.

He has a HRD Vincent black lightning

But his favourite plaything is his Ford Anglia 105e fitted with a 270bhp ford 2 litre cosworth engine it runs 16psi boost pressure and is a proper wolf in sheeps clothing

My fave is the tesla its such a cool looking car and it will destroy most performance cars on the road

I'm quite interested in my bikes, mainly trials and scramblers, I also have a vintage car.

Using these as an excuse to get out and play is essentially a good idea. None of my vehicles are any good for liaisons at the side of the road.. however going to cars and coffee type events is a handy cover for a few hours alone.

Someone up the thread mentioned ignition and baffle.

Both are close to me.

Anyone else
