I am looking for advice from experienced cross dressers. I have size 9 feet, I want to get a pair of pointy toe stiletto style shoes, should I go for a 9 or at least one size bigger?

Thanks for any help.

You should look for a size 10 and your better off with a round toe as opposed to a pointy toe more room to move and less chance of crippling you

Perhaps go for a strappy type high heel. They are good for wider feet and also give a degree of flexibility regarding size. Plenty on eBay which are not too costly and would be a good starting point

It depends where you get them from, I usually buy Pleasers, they are good to size so I buy my usual size. If I buy from ebay or Temu then I will always by a size above because they are usually a little small

My experience of getting a good fit has been to go for my normal shoe size +1. I can recommend this approach with Pleasers

There's a difference in mens and womens sizes. Men have broader feet so its wise to buy a size bigger.

Also euro sizes dont always match from country to country depending on manufacturer.

I am lucky in that I am only a size 6, and I have found that when wearing stockings or hold ups I can sometimes get away with a 5 or 5 and a half. That means I do buy shoes from Tesco/Asda/Sainsburys as they often have that size. There is also in Newport a Matalan clearance, I have seen bigger (8 and 9) sizes in there.

Depends where you shop. Evans shoes are wider, so you can probably get away with a 9 or even an 8, other brands tend to come up small, so you may need a bigger size.
