Just use shower hose and squirt it in til it feels like you should let it go. Takes 15 to 20 minutes to be confidently clean. Be ready to clean the bath out, lol

You can you a shower douche attachment but if be careful as to high a pressure can damage your bowel. I prefer to use a douche bulb myself as lower pressure so no worry about damaging your bowel. Use warm water as it works better at flushing your poop out. But not too hot.

I made this mistake the other day! I thought I'd have a deep toy session but used too much water too deep and had a couple of unpleasant surprises later on. Killed the mood and a couple of towels too. Really wanted a good stretch and destroy kind of day...
