Ive tried to set something similar up. Only way to get it to happen is to create a Meet. You set day , time and place ..(use what3words for accuracy). Tell interested guys to wear something distintive ie baseball cap or scarf so you know theyre part of the group. Then you walk with whoever turns up. But be prepared that no one or only 1 does. You wont know until you try.
