Would anyone be interested in a group subscription service where you would be able to use a flat for meets if you cannot accom? Would need to be a reasonable size group but let me know if this would be of interest to you and how much you would pay?

Not really surprising as renting a property requires contracts and landlords/landladies. Someone would have to take responsibility for the property and make sure the place doesn’t get trashed.

I know all the objections but with the amount of people who cannot accom I thought this maybe a convenient option all above board and if enough interest i would manage it etc and sort contracts

I can’t accommodate I’m in NE Co Durham

Had a contact with air b n b s said I could use one no questions asked

3 days I had the keys for

All the people who wanted a meet and couldn’t accommodate too , they all disappeared into the woodwork

In reality just sharing the cost might be easier

What about cleaning and the laundry?

I use hotel dayrooms for meets, all very discreet and comfortable. Search for day rooms and there are several providers. In the Bristol-Bath-Swindon areas you can usually get a room for £50-60 for use between 10am until 4pm typically. I can't accommodate so they're ideal.
