The nerves get better the more you go and have meets, I make a point of even going to see them for for 10 min and if we agree it dies not felt right you leave.

As far as sex goes just get naked and enjoy it explain to the guy your meeting you get nervous and if he is decent enough hecrill listen and take his time.

Another tip is find a regular and go to him a few times to obey used to having the meets.
