It was the finger that first detected a lump on my prostate. MRI missed it. PSA was relatively normal.

PSA is still a good indicator for most men though.

I had the same issue, so doc got me on my side knees up and in went the lubed finger, felt good but was very quick, said I have enlarged prostate and have me some tabs that stop peeing as much, seems to be working to
