*Cross post from Lounge due to Welsh border location so may capture more the right guys*

Have a spare room here at mine on the Welsh border, I've been playing on the idea of allowing guys to use the room for their sex meets if they had no where else to go, maybe I could listen from the room next door or watch?

Can also be used as a day room to rest when passing through, if you need somewhere local and safe to wank freely, somewhere to rest and have a coffee on your journey, or, somewhere to just sleep or work from home.

Nothing special, ex council semi detached home but does the job when needed.

Available to anyone 35+, and this would be highly dependent on the guys visiting, my levels of trust, and of course my own personal life circumstances. But thought it helpful for those passing through England/Wales.

Would this ever be of interest to anyone?

Just an idea and very dependent on interest and from which guys etc. DM with any ideas, comments or interest and I will see.

Thanks. It's not for everyone but I'm sure there's the odd guy or two that may pass by on travels, or visiting from other far distances and need somewhere to stay or rest or have fun etc

Sounds great as accomodating is a problem for many on here, that just leaves sauna meets or hotels as safe places.

Precisely, especially out in the countryside away from cities, so if I can provide somewhere for some I'd be happy to be of service
