Although I have been crossdressing on and off since my teens I am still well and truly in the closet. Meeting is not easy and could take a lot of planning, so don't expect me to be able to meet instantly. That said I have had a few great meets through various sites including this one.
I'm normally in the North-west of England, but get down to London and the South-east now and again if anyone is interested.
