After some time and a few good conversations & experiences with people (and a couple of bad ones), I have learned more about what I like and enjoy, and what I do and do not want to do as I think forward.
For example, I do not want to keep trying to please any and everyone; this is just such a futile thing to keep doing. I am always flattered and surprised about how many guys check me out and send messages with desires to meet up and what not - but I just can't keep trying to reply to every single message and agree to meet "at some point" when my duties to my public & private lives vastly outweigh my secret life, offering me little flexibility to meet immediately or meet someone who lives 1+ away from me, because I know I can't make it which bums me out and often if I do, it's to fulfil the other guy's desire. I've realised it's pointless trying to continue in that way.
I DO however, want to arrange solid meets with people who aren't too far away from my general area, and be more forward with my own desires and explore more of the ideas still locked away in boxes in my brain. I'm better at arranging a meeting in advanced, mostly mid afternoons during the week with odd early evenings as well, but everything does depend on whatever other chaos I'm juggling!
I like to think of myself as a realistic person, and I'll be as blunt and real with you as possible, and I'm not interested in wasting anyone's time or energy.
