I used to get and about quite a lot but I'm lucky these days if I just get a chance to dress at home. No sure what's changed...my go to excuse is 'work' but we're all in the same boat in that regard aren't we? It's probably more to do with the fact that (unfortunately) I'm just a bit older than I was so I'm more inclined to open a bottle of red and taking the easier option of watching a film and catching up on some sleep. God, I sound boring....I am making a greater effort to dress as of late so hoping to stay a bit more organised in that regard because I have to think that I'm doing it properly and not just slapping on some lippy and hoping for the best.
Speaking of wine: yes, please - preferably red: malbec, pinotage etc. Films: horror is probably my favourite genre - not the schlocky gory stuff but more the psychological horror: The Babadook, The Shining and loads of more obscure stuff (Prime is great in that regard). Not horror, but finally managed to watch Kubrick's Barry Lyndon - quite possibly the most beautiful film I've ever seen.
I'll chat to just about anyone (if I have the time!) but be prepared for some polite pushback if you're a Reform-type snowflake and are still holding on to the fantasy that Brexit was a 'great idea' and that all our current problems are down to people in dinghies and 'woke'...FFS.
