Where to begin?

I am a 46 year old guy. 6ft and approx 15 stone. I have stocky build, (very little)black hair and what some would describe as rather piercing blue eyes. I guess I could be described as a bear (blame that on the Germanic side of the family). I find talking about my endowment a little crass but I am well proportioned if that matters to anyone.
