My top tip for emptying your bladder and flushing those last few drips of piss sitting in your urethra after pissing: press your thumb up on to your perineum - ie that spot between scrotum and anus. New shower installed. Can’t douche in it. Now use bottled water with sport cap. Fill bottle to brim. Squeeze gently to eliminate air. Insert in rectum.
