Any personal data on this site qualifies as GDPR Article 9 data (personal data regarding sex life) and as such is prohibited from processing without my explicit consent, requiring a recorded affirmation which I don’t grant.
All ‘friend’ and ‘private’ photos are provided access to on my understanding that that personal data is shared only with people I’ve consciously decided to share it with. Those photos have not “manifestly been made public” and therefore are not an applicable exemption under GDPR Article 9.1 (e). I provide access to those photos conditional that are circulated on my reasonable expectation of privacy among the members of this site.
Use of my personal data for any purposes beyond the purpose of assessing suitability and match for dating would be in breach of GDPR Article 5.1(b).
Any persons or legal persons using my data without a lawful basis under GDPR will breach that EU Law, the Irish Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018 and my right to privacy under the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union (Article 7&8) and the unenumerated right to pivacy which flows from Article 40.3 of the Constitution of Ireland
