If I’m nearby, I’m either working and having a browse, or I’m in a hotel/airbnb. Unlikely that I’m able to meet at the drop of a hat if working nearby.
Preference is older but not set in stone - vibe is more important.
Vanilla but open to having boundaries pushed a little.
