Hi guys just an update I'm now sober from chems for 14 months and I now only drink very rarely but staying sober is now a personal life choice as i have so much to be thankful for thanks to support from friends and family and local support groups.
I do have to say to all people who don't already know I am hiv+ and have been for almost 10 years now I've been undetectable for going on 9 years which means my virus can't be transmitted to anyone I know this may come as a shock to most most but im unashamed to say I'm hiv+ u=u.
Also it's national hiv testing week and there's still time to get at home or outpatient apointments remember sti's not just yourself that can be harmed it's your partners and other sexual partners you have to think about.
