Hi guys just an update I'm now sober from chems for 19 months and I now only drink very rarely but staying sober from chems is now a personal life choice as i have so much to be thankful for thanks to support from friends and family and local support groups.

I do have to say to all people who don't already know I am hiv+ and have been for almost 10 years now I've been undetectable for going on 9 years which means my virus can't be transmitted to anyone I know this may come as a shock to most most but im unashamed to say I'm hiv+ u=u

Also since its pride season anyone struggling with who they are or how they love its ok to feel what you feel but you are lying to yourself if ur married/partnered to someone and sleeping around so please at least keep yourself safe by getting tested for stds as its not fair on your partner and especially if theres other family to consider too.
