I’ve been on a weight loss journey now since the end of April 2024 and I’ve lost just over 5 stone, from 19 1/2 stone to 14 stone 4 pounds and gone from 3XL to L on shirts and 44 waist to 38 waist trousers, I’m even fitting in some 36 inch waist trousers. Still got another stone to lose ideally and get to 13/ 13 1/2 stone before I’m done x
