I have an academic background. If you have that too, that is a huge bonus.I am not looking to be one of the cock-suck brigade but more to have a close friendship/relationship with someone that does not want to jump into my knickers every time we meet. The author Bernardine Evaristo has published a book called Mr Loverman. Well . . . other than the protagonist being West Indian, the rest of the book parallels my situation.
A lot to ask but worth a try.
