I look after myself, but I’m by no means ‘ripped’ - cancer surgery and a missing organ has made that very difficult over the last few years so I’m pretty average, muscular but by no means ‘ripped’ so if that’s what you’re looking for - sorry

I also have surgical scars and I’m incredibly self conscious about them and myself in general - I know most people don’t care, but that’s just me

But if you’re looking for someone with stamina, endurance, who can hold a conversation, who can stimulate your mind as much as your body, who knows what they want and what they are doing and will just as gladly go for a drink as spend 5 hours in the bedroom - then maybe I might just be for you

If you can’t hold a conversation and maybe plan something a few days in advance and get to know each other a bit - then probably best to give me a wide berth!

And if you’re not interested in something longer than 15 mins, not for me. I’m less focussed on looks and size and much more interested in your ability to add passion and intimacy and connection - yes, even for a one off meet those things are incredibly important!
