Down to earth but a little shy at first. I have an aversion to the seemingly pre-requisites of the media stereotype gay man. I am nothing other than myself. My interests are many and varied and I can hold an intelligent conversation and spell most words correctly. My IQ is something above 140... which is nice ... and in this modern age I prefer to use the telephone rather than send endless texts.
Having spent years on the `scene`, I rarely venture into gay places these days. The friendliness has gone, the prices exhorbitant and the music ... lets not go into that! I much prefer to go out in the daytime and explore places, see things, enjoy the sunshine (well sometimes) and still be home by tea-time:-) Evenings can either be at home snacking and watching telly, or going to see a film or theatre thingy ... both better if there`s a nice man to do them with.
