I reiterate I don't smoke and never have. I suggest NorthyorksTV thinks of a better excuse. Just spent an hour getting ready... 'oh I'm just going to put the steering lock on' whhosh there he was gone. Blocking me and not giving me a chance.... I can't help it if other residents smoke in the public areas. Ignore that guy he's a waste of space.
