If it happens to be naked day when you go, make sure you go naked too. They'll take a dim view if you don't. Otherwise, you'll feel most comfortable wearing a towel (most guys do, but not all).

Flip flops are optional. Most men don't sine do. - the one I go to is aging a bit but TBF the staff member is regularly around with the mop bucket.

The naked part is also optional. I put my towel over my shoulders. Others prefer to keep their tiwl on until they are on a private room or playing publicly.

Sauna I go two is 3 floors... Ground floor - reception/coffee bar. Changing rooms/lockers and small yard for smoking

1st floor - showers, sauna, Jacuzzi and and steam room.

2nd floor - cinema room with big bed and couches. Sling. Glory hole cubicles and 3 private play cubicals with beds.

This is just a small place but most have similar sort of set ups.
