Why?

If you are really interested in each other you should be friends. A hotlist as suggested is as much use a list of favourite television channels.

Not really as that person may be a new member and you haven’t come across their profile as yet or just a profile that you haven’t seen before.

You already get notified if you are both on each other’s hotlist.

Maybe not their IDs, but just the number of hotlists that you're on would be interesting.

Think the hotlist is just a tool to keep track on potential guys you might want to meet but are not friends yet. Or if they're someone you enjoy the content of?? Think if they told you who had you on their hotlist people would stop using it
