See, it's very subjective, CD to me is dressing in female clothes, without trying to pass as female eg no wig or makeup.

To my mind a CD is a man who likes to wear women's clothes, without trying to look like a woman.

A TV is a man that likes to wear women's clothes and tries to look like a woman.
