in accordance with the sites rules on pictures or video, all faces other than the account holder should be pixelated to hide their indentity.

To put it simply to protect their identity as they may not be aware that the videos are being posted here. The site owners have no way of knowing if the other party in the video are aware it is being posted or have given their permission for it to be posted.
