I usually say I'm a centre back these days, although when I was younger it would be centre half.

I can play the sweeper role as well, my distribution is pretty good, and sometimes I'll attack into space down the right wing if play has shifted to the left.

I was always a second row.

You got to pull down on a prop’s shorts. Lots of men pushing and grunting from both directions. And my big hands don’t let go of balls easily.

I notice that you have written out a decent length profile but not mentioned once that you top when in the mood. It’s not difficult.
