Credit Card details breach

Hi, has anyone had issues with card details used to pay Fab being breached? I use a separate card here that never gets used online anywhere else, occasional used in shops. Few weeks after renewing here I got a charge from unknown US company for $20 .. not much I know but no explanation for it. Had to raise a credit card dispute and got it removed (and cancelled the card and got a new number).

Just to be clear I have no direct proof it came from using it here but it’s the only online transaction I done for well over a year on the card

More likely that your card was skimmed at some point during offline use?

Card payments on Fabguys are processed by Epoch an external Payment Facilitator, in this scenario you were correct to raise the dispute with them.

You did mention "occasional used in shops" could that be where the breach occurred?

I always use PayPal,maybe that's an option for the future?

Used Epoch (through PayPal) twice, no issues.

Nearby

As the mod says, payments are processed through a third party which doesn't show as having any breaches.

A card can get cloned anywhere so I am not sure why you would associate your second payment to this site.
