Tried several times to verify someone but the veri has not been accepted. Anybody got any suggestions as to why ?

As far as I know it is up to the recipient to accept it, then choose to disply or not

The recipient may not want to be verified and is therefore rejecting it.

You could maybe ask him if he is, that would be the best option.
