Text appearing when watching videos

Hi. Whilst watching videos on here I have started to get written text of the spoken words. Clearly I have clicked on something but I have no idea how to turn this off. Can anyone help?

It might depend on your phone but on the iPhone a little button with 3 dots on in the bottom right of the screen gives you options for subtitles. Mine is set to auto and nothing appears so you might have it turned on or something.
