Unfortunately not. As soon as you click delete and confirm they're gone for good, unless you have a copy on your device to reupload

Afraid not, once deleted they are gone for good. As a safety net,you could always store the originals in a separate folder.

Just a thought—did you ever email them using an external email client (such as Outlook or Gmail etc)? If so, check your Sent folder; they should be attached there.

I agree with this statement above,When you delete pictures or videos ,they don't get deleted completely instead they get moved to recycling bins from where you can retrieve them again or completely remove them from you device.

EXCEPT - There is NO Recycle Bin in Server Storage. This is why Backup is important.
