In February this year, my Doctor's check up revealed I was classified as obese. This hit quite hard, as it's a horribly 'realistic' term, and I wasn't at all happy. Managed to drop 12 Kilos since then, and whilst I'm still not slim- I am actually happier about it. I prefer a bigger guy in the bedroom and always have. The BMI tool GP’s use is a very blunt instrument and the clinical use of the words “obese” and “ morbid obesity” quite harsh at times .Body weight should be considered in parter with fitness levels and any heath concerns. Bit of a belly or all round stockiness shouldn’t be a major worry
