Market Rasen

Probably habitual movements and your lower back taking the pressure. Strengthen the core, loosen the hips, hamstrings and have a wonderful Christmas

It'll be something you did a few days before. Back pain is very distressing but it does get better usually. If it continues, ask your GP to refer you to a physiotherapist. There's a long waiting list so you may have to go private. It's not as expensive as you might think.

Chard

Happens often! Ice pack immediately, nurofen. Longer term, try Bowen Therapy. Good luck.

Oh god yes. Last time I was just walking across the kitchen, not even carrying anything.

It just pinged. There was that pause as I waited to see if it would pass....but then the pain kicked in

Yes happens to me regularly!

Usually when been out in cold then inside in the warm !

Freeze spray sometimes relieve it or laying flat with a hard pillow under it sometimes help

But I have a regular appointment with my osteopath who sorts it out

For sake of £40 is well worth the relief it give’s until the next time !

What ever you do

DONT USE HEAT ! To relieve pain
