No worse than any other role play/fetish such as furries, dad son/daughter, adult babies etc. I think the problem some find with it is that they seem to think it condones/encourages paedophilia. There is absolutely no evidence to support this.

I get that times have changed and there is legitimate concerns around the implications now.

BUT, early 80’s, I went to a Twenty’s (remember them ?) holiday reunion in London. 1st night was fancy dress party on a riverboat cruise. Went as a St Trinians girl (only those of a certain vintage will recall those films). One of the best and most successful nights of my life. Never been so popular with both men and girls in one night before. At the event and back at the hotel. Even again once back home with a regular ‘friend’, before the outfit went back to the fancy dress shop ! The girls certainly took advantage of our short skirt vulnerability, if only to get revenge…..

Yes I was, and so was everyone. It may not have been, but it felt like more innocent times. It was just fun, consenting adults and well over the age of consent. Only we out of hundreds were dressed as such. Others were vicars, teachers, vampires, etc.

As I mentioned, times have changed, with good reason, but does anyone think the St Trinians films were made (in the 60’s) for any reasons other than comedy at the time ? It’s only since (70’s) that the imagery became underlying IMO.
