Goats Cheese, Cheesey Cock whats the difference;

Discuss!

North London (outer)

I was cooking a recipe the other day and halfway through it said 'add 100g of your favourite cheese, grated'.

My favourite cheese is organic Peruvian Llama cheese, infused with wild garlic and truffles but I didn't have any in, and in any case it's very soft and can't be grated.

I did have cheddar in the fridge but although I really like it, I couldn't use it as it isn't my favourite. I ended up throwing the half-cooked food away and buying a takeaway instead.
